The Purpose of this course is to provide Hands-on training to RF engineers to perform UMTS RF network optimization by educate them using real hands on activities as the industry requires to hire the professional RF engineers. This course is developed based on practical aspect of RF engineering by highly experience RF Professionals who have more than 20 years of industry experience. The course will helps to identify the key points of RF optimization which the industries look into the engineers from day one. It describes the process of optimization (how to tackle drop calls, neighbor adds, foot print control, RF parameters, radio network features etc) the network and market requirements to RF system parameters and walks through the different optimization criteria or calculations.
